USC debuts at #6. I guess that's ok. I prefer the 10 -12 slot and work up from there. But the Heisman winner and the hype are gearing up. We will probably be top 3 heading into SouthBend . Then the season starts. 4 top 20 teams in 5 weeks. ND, Utah, Wash, Oregon with Cal mixed in there. Tough gauntlet. Just how we like it.
Pac with 5 teams. SEC with 6. B1G with 5 , 8 if you count the PAC additions.
First half of the schedule. First three at home. 4 of 6 at home and two very winnable games on the road. Defense will feast but the true test is the back of the schedule.
