Apologies to Miller Moss

There were 2-3 people here who really believed in him. Really thought he was what he showed tonight. I didn't think so.

Wow, honestly what a smart under control QB. Who executed the offense. Who threw balls away. Ran but sparingly. Who avoided big hits. Who came back from adversity. Ever notice how Caleb always just crumbled when anything bad happened? Not this kid. He almopst threw a 100 yard pick 6. And came back to throw two MORE Td's.

I really thought he would go his whole career and either sit on the bench or transfer after giving it everything.

And now I see he has two years left. And the respect of all his teammates.

Here's to you Miller Moss. I really hope you lead the Trojans the next two years and USC spends what money they have on OL and DL. I think you're an asset at QB as much with your head as your body.

You really need to layoff CW. It's like you've got Trump derangement syndrome for this kid. He brought SC another bloody Heisman and was hampered by 2 things - a horrible defense and having to manage a massive amount of fame at the age of 21-22. The kid was doing commercials, probably being constantly courted by his agent and many others. When fame kicks in, perspective is tremendously challenging. I spent 25 yrs in the entertainment biz and saw it all the time - people fall prey to it. So layoff. Moss had a wonderful moment but he's no CW.

Pathetic is absolving the heisman qb of responsibility for screwing up a season. If you wanted to preserve his injury free status, he should've sat on the bench this year and watched the games like the rest of us. Just like he did last night. Both he and USC would have been better for it. No one questioned his top draft status at the end of last year. Now everyone is.

You struggle when people disagree with your opinions. In this situation I see how you feel regarding CW playing to protect himself but I also see that as a natural subconscious reaction by him when it comes to his future. What is unfair is your hanging the whole season on him. His defense was so bad it shifted an enormous amount of pressure on him to counter balance things so the team could squeak out victories. That was when he started to protect himself. It was not the other way around. I'd argue that if our d played as well thru the season as they did last night, we'd have had 3 fewer losses. The only game I'd fully hang on him was ND. I'd also say he was the reason our run game was passable because of his slight of hand in r p o plays. But it's all moot now. He's by far one of the best qbs we've had who faced a unique situation brought on by the media hype a crap d coord, his own ego and a balls hard schedule.

He actually played that way to start his career at usc. Perhaps you don't remember the shots he took to open 2022.

I agree the d could have been better. Doesn't take much to change 2-3 games in the loss column. Better d. Better Caleb.

Fact is he threw for fewer td. Like 1,000 less yards. Had more turnovers. He wasn't good and the offense got worse as the year went on. One could also argue he continually put the d in bad position.

He executed the best ball fakes and play action I'd ever seen in 2022. Maybe that was the Oregon rb kid dunno. But man he was magic. This year? Not at all. He telegraphed everything.

So yep as usual qb get way too much credit. Like for 11-3. And too much blame. But since he accepted the millions and the heisman he can absolutely accept 2023 on his shoulders. Remember this is the guy who put a crown on his head when he's score a td. So he can wear the turd crown too. My only regret about moss is that had didn't bench Caleb in favor of him. Oh well. Would have been good for Caleb to see that and adjust his approach

I'm happy for Miller Moss too, but I disagree with your ratings. Moss Athleticism 5, Arm Strenth 5, Touch 6...you didn't include Accuracy (unless you are filing that under Touch). Caleb is clearly a more accurate passer. Moss missed some deep oportunities early and didn't complete one out pattern. Was dissapointed CLR had Moss throwing an out pattern on that pick. That played lacked creativity. I do think Moss threw great seam routes, especially for a first start.

I will agree agree with you on Miller's quick and decisive decision making. Caleb hesitated too much. But CLR ran that stupid-ass 5-wide formation all the time with Caleb as QB. I think I only saw it once tonight. CLR coached to protect Moss on many plays and take the pressure off with extra blockers.

Caleb has a john elway arm. One speed. I dont think he hits Lane in the back of the end zone and would not hit Deuce on that soft bomb. I thought Miller showed some great touch. I think Caleb's only touch is himself with his painted nails

Fraud is a tranny. He went to Gonzaga and "identifies" as a USC fan. Though near as anyone here can tell, he's never actually rooted for USC, said anything ncie about them, been happy about a win, or been happy for any of the players or coaches

So in such cases, I tell people you can pretend to be anything you want. You can identify as anything you want. But you didn't actually GO to USC, and based on your self loathing or USC loathing you don't especially love them either. Ah, you're a trans fan. Thus Tranny. Fraud is truly the best tranny among us.
