Not hard to find out what those kids got paid.

Bear finds out two high school juniors got promised more $ than he. A starter on a D1 team. The best DL.

Bear is offended and bear does what bear does best. Quits. Walks.

Who cares? This kid is overrated. Even UCLA's shitass OL neutralized this clown.

The biggest concern -- for everyone interested in this sport -- is how NIL is going to completely dominate recruiting. It already is.

When an inside guy faces a double and triple teaming every week it kinda neutralizes them. Hopefully USC hasupgraded their DL to the point the guy gets to go one on one and maybe that will impress you

UCLA's OL last season couldn't bust their way out of a paper bag, double-triple-quadruple teaming be damned.

Sure, I saw Alexander make some plays, but he didn't impress me as the second coming. But maybe he will next season. It could be that he was just demoralized last season by USC's shitty defense; one guy can't do it all.

He's going to be facing some pretty tough OLs in the B1G, though, that's for sure.

Very plausible working theory. Anyone that has ever hired an employee at a higher salary than existing employee understands this conondrum. No one is supposed to discuss their pay but….. within hours everyone on the floor knows. Those HR bastids always talk.

If a better part of her duties are in the office and she won't come in, it means someone else has to do them. You can't keep her at the same pay if you also have to pay someone else to do it. Remove her access to security cameras from home too. Unfortunately the seeds are sown for mistrust and rarely does it get better. Although I have fired my share of people, a resignation with 2 weeks pay should be the goal. That not being possible, my usual go to move was to start managing them closer...right out the front door. You have to be a dick for them to finally leave but oh well. Wrongful termination lawsuits are very difficult for fired employees to win. I got a few attorney letters threatening legal action here and there but never got a wrongful termination lawsuit. Girl drama is the worst kind of office problem.

Avoid everything that might appear punitive. Be super nice. A company I worked for used this strategy well. She was an office manager. Over time we gave her extra admin support to facilitate her silly demands. the support accidentally turned into "training" a replacement. The other idea sometimes used is to put a company policy on computer use in place company-wide. Some abusive personal use comes up inadvertently later. I
