Bruins Defense continues to shine

This year the CB group and Safety group have their own position coaches plus the DC was an NFL DB coach. It’s paying off already. Devin Kirkwood had 3 picks yesterday. One came against Garbers in the EZ. Davies and Alex Johnson have had strong springs at corner. UCLA’s base defense will be a 4-2-5. Oladejo is 250 lbs and can move. He was a huge get.

On offense, as reported elsewhere, Dante may have taken the lead in the QB race. Sturdivant has been looking like a future high #1 draft pick.

Without a QB your defense should shine....if you are depending on a 17 year old to play OB you are looking at a long season....IMHO

I suspect with both Riley and Kingsbury and both a four star and 5 star behind Williams, USC wouldn't have much of a void ...especially with the skill players they have to pick up some of the load this season..

USC's gonna kick the Bruins' ass all over the lot come November in the Coliseum.

As soon as Lincoln Riley showed up at USC, he immediately beat mediocre, but incredibly obese, Chip Kelly -- who somehow still has a miserable losing record at UCLA through five years (😂 😂 😂) and has never even won a single bowl game while leading the little gutties to nowhere, as usual, every single year.

Nobody's afraid of this typical upcoming piss-poor UCLA team which once again will be lucky to even get into a crappy bowl, and it'll be fun to watch Caleb Williams, his WRs, and the new RBs beat you senseless.

While USC grows Heisman QBs on trees, UCLA's best-known QB is actor Mark Harmon, a supremely limited QB to say the least.

Maybe you'll actually finally win 11 games some season, just like USC did last year. But who's kidding who? Bruin football stinks. Nobody takes UCLA football seriously, except for you Bruin idiots. 🤣
