You mean two of the top five clean programs since 1980, by whatever metric you used. If you started in, say, 1987, even you would have a different top 5.

I never heard of UCLA or Furd getting their exams taken by others like they did at Notre Dame. Huge grades scandal there and also a Prop 48 admit. Absolutely nobody characterizes UCLA or Furd as SEC or USC win at any cost types. Furd and UCLA have mostly disinterested fans and administrations. Just look attendance. No alumni/staff are going through the trouble of filling duffle bags full of cash. Lol no way.

why would the ncaa still care , or even cared in the first place, if an athlete had thc in their system? Debong Foster got suspended for driving an expensive car (clean program) he didn't pay for. But I don't remember hearing any USC or utla players not being able to play because they test positive for weed, can you? sc

UCLA apparently screens for it, or at least they used to up until very recently. Typically the players would just be held out of games and there would be no announcement, and it would usually be during the first half of the season. I don't know what USC does with the testing, I would highly doubt they test for anything not mandated by the NCAA, which UCLA should do as well.
