And I have been considered some sort of a hater or that I hate USC players or I'm not being very nice. Or his numbers are fantastic. that Scout may be right about Rattler. Scouts said he was QB1 at the Senior Bowl over Nix and Penix.

Lot of qb in draft. And there are every year. I don't think with as many questions as maye and Williams have that they are worth taking up too and mortgaging your future

Has Justin fields Been all that? How about baker mayfield? How about Kyler Murray? How did the shrimpy kid do at Carolina? I don't see the long haired greasy Trevor Lawrence lighting it up in Jacksonville. Jared Goff?

Meanwhile Josh Allen was drafted 6. Like the 4th qb drafted. Purdy we know. Mahones went what. 16? Aaron Rodger's was a second rounder? So was Jalen hurts

Qb in the nfl is hit and miss. But at the top spots you can almost always guarantee you know what you are getting with an offensive lineman, a defensive lineman, or a cornerback. Even a lb. So to me. If I can trade that 1. Get 4-6 players. Maybe half of them this year. All of them starters? And then keep fishing for qb by drafting a qb in the 2-4 round each year? I'd rather do that because it costs you less. And you can for sure build a solid team. Lot of really good teams that won a ton didn't have hall of fame qb.

The truth is probably somewhere in between but it is obvious that this so called football expert has an animus against Williams. This was more than a rant about a player being over rated, this was a hit piece. And personal too. Not sure I would give it much credibility.

Which is why I trade the top pick for multiple picks and pick him up later at a lower risk spot.

I don't believe in trying over and over to get that franchise qb. I believe in binding a roster that you know is good. Line. D. Rb. Wr. And picking qb each year somewhere. Because there's a Brady or a purdy out there every year.

This ex-Lion scout is the only person who thinks it's bizarre for a QB to climb into the stands, sit on mommy's lap, and cry like a 2-year old? The NFL has 10x more pressure than usc. I played a lot of street ball (QB, WR, CB, and D-line) and lost a few games and the thought of crying never entered my mind. Ever.

Bears have no choice but to draft Drake Maye.

Excellent bloodlines - father played QB for UNC, brother played basketball for UNC, another brother played baseball for Florida. Family has a net with of $25 million.

Caleb put the entire program on his back and put USC back on the map.

Like the classic rock star story, success, money, and fame came way too fast for the kid to handle.

I don't think he will be great in the NFL because he holds onto the ball too long. Just as disappointed that his quarterback guru couldn't seem to get through to him.
