I think Caleb wins the Heisman if most of the votes were in before the Utah game. I hear people saying most of the votes were already in before the game but I don't know if it's true.
No, I don't that last night's performance clinched the Heisman. He wasnt stellar or anything Hopefully the loss doesn't prevent him from getting the award.
No i don’t think so. Caveat. I haven’t been able to see game yet. Had to follow play by play at company Christmas party then got stuck cleaning up after. Really sick today. Not because of game but actual sick. And not sure I have the stomach to watch.
whay I know is he threw a pick. He fumbled and lost it. He got sacked 7 times. He lost big
and he had really really bad karma writing “fuc& Utah” on his girly nails.
you don’t do that. Thats tasteless. Trashy. It’s for the students not the leader. If I am a heisman voter I seriously think twice about my vote after seeing that.

Not so sure yet. Ending the game with an interception and fumble as well as getting blown out on the big stage has a tendency to stick in voters minds.
Fortunately, Duggan isn't playing well today and KSU is playing TCU tough. But if jhe pulls it out, I can see the East Coast bias kicking in
Caleb W is a baller. I like his demeanor. Curious if Riley should have brought in Miller Moss for a series to see if he could have done anything to change the pace.I guess a limp Williams was still the better option?
coach. Part of our duty is always to look out for our kids and team. We preach team. Everyone contributes. I think everything I wrote above is trashed by what happened Las night.
alumnus. We are playing hurt players and not giving anyone even a minor shot? One possession?
competitor-same argument above. What if Miller moss moves the team? You keep him on roster. Maybe he adds a dimension caleb doesn’t. Maybe it’s his moment. Maybe he shows he can lead the team in case.
now what happens? Miller moss needs to leave. How can he possibly stay. ??? Caleb might even have aggravated the injury. Missing bowl or long term damage. And he kept taking hits.
im Sure there are other roles I could be or am. I just think. It’s an absolutely horrible look for Lincoln Riley. A man who has carefully controlled every message. Every injury report. Every word of his tenure. Unusual to see coach control and coach Teflon look so weak and so bad but he’s looking that way right now. And he better go find himself another backup qb. I doubt moss sticks around for the bowl
Yeah I have a short and sweet post I planned to lead off today with touching on what you just said. I’ve just a head full of snot. More than usual. And I’m drifting in and out on the couch all day.

Replying to
To add to that, come to find out he paints *F Utah on his nails? Bush league move.
It's clear Caleb wants that Heisman and kept himself on the field to the detriment of his team. Put himself first.
Moss is capable and at very worst can slide around in the pocket similar to Slovis but a little quicker. He can probably pick apart a defense from the pocket better than Caleb too.
What I saw last night ffom Caleb leff me with the impression that if he can't buy himself time to find a receiver and actually have to make reads/progressions ffom the pocket....he is incapable. He's a sandlot baller. Fun as hell to watch and will make you say wow
CW‘s performance IMHO nailed down the trophy. Playing hurt, no oline support, no run game, and still 3 Td passes and the only rushing yards we had all game, his performance was magnificent. Getting sacked 7 times, hit every time and yet he still performed at a high level. He lived up to what a Trojan is. He should have been taken out in the second half but he gave everything he had at a high level when everything else around him was falling apart. JMHO
early on. The 7 sacks and two turnovers absolutely were after the injury and materially affected the outcome. Forget what he did. The negatives he created helped Utah get to 47. Made his d play differently. had to play for turnovers. They aren’t good enough to do that. We all know that.
I dunno. I’m not 💯 against that he won but the f you Utah on the nails really is tasteless. I never let kids talk trash before a big game. I never walked on a chalked line or messed up a perfectly dressed field. Not sure how to explain it but you just don’t test fate. If you ever act like you were bigger than the game bigger than your opponent, or bigger than God, you are assuredly going to be reminded very soon that you are not . .
Ironically, he did clinch it on that 57 yard run where he got hurt. The play that cost USC the NC Semis, won him the Heisman. Very fitting for an employee like CW, if you think about it. There's no team in me.
Caleb Williams has already won the Heisman by a mile at USC (#8 by the way) in year 1 per everyone who pays any attention to this stuff. You should try harder to keep up with things TEE. Both you and your disappointing Ducks have fallen way behind.
He didn’t need a MOMENT last night, but if he did, the long run on which he hurt himself was good enough.
Duggan had a lot of moments today and has been impressive all year, but I don’t think he had enough buzz early enough to win it.
Because of when I get off the golf course and my long ride home, I heard a lot of TCU games this year and they were amazing. Like the masked wrestler you always rooted against in the hope the winner could take off his mask. That guy never lost, either. BTW, TCU’s radio announcer is very good.
Actually I agree with you . To any rational sane person CW cinched it last week. I was talking to the voters who are USC haters who are always looking for a way to vote no one a Trojan for the Heisman

depends on how Duggan/TCU do today.
Losing a close game wouldn't have hurt CW. Getting blown out did.

After that performance? Where was his “ moment“. ?
no, he clinched it last week boat racing the french whores.
just like the election in Pennsylvania debate, enough of the votes were already in.
and Caleb had a good stat night and proved to be a warrior.
Heisman number 8 is Calebs. sc
pretty sure he didn't lose it
but last weekend was the clincher
QB1 winning the Heisman would be some consolation to the season. He will be better next year. Back to back would be pretty cool.
