It’s not pch I don’t think. It’s that I live on the hill on top of everyone. I can see like 5 streets below me in all directions. So yeah king of the mountain is great. The view down the coast other than your house is solid. But man. Every leaf blower. Every garbage truck. Every school bus. This town. And yours. Just too crowded and people living on top of each other.

See my lake? I have an old bat living on one side she might be dead. I’m not totally sure. Other side I have a house that’s been under construction for like 4 years. When done it’s gonna be a monster but they’re building it one board a day. And behind me? 1,000 acres of lake. Only can hear when boats wake me up or some loud lady is paddle boarding and talking. Or late night summer when someone had a grad party.

So yeah. This ocean stuff is different. I’m rich. I pay for privacy and quiet. Now next door the whole house is being scaffolded and windows done because of storms. 4 months of this crap. And who is next? Me. Roof. HVAC. Siding. Windows. Don’t wanna deal w another set of storms and the leaking. And I want this house to be ship shape for when it hits 4.5 million which is when my fish tank and I high tail it. I assume the wife too lol.

So I’m trying to figure out if that capo stuff is worth it or if it’s only for sale because they all had natural living room swimming pools this winter.
