Isn't it funny how nobody ever wants to poach UCLA head coaches? Well, it's "funny strange", at least to me. It's "funny haha" to others, I'm sure.
UCLA assistants get poached from time-to-time, Lynn being the latest example. But he is the first one in a long time that could be considered a big loss. Most of the recent assistants have been either non-remarkable or sucked royal cawk. It's a miracle UCLA is still about .500 for the past 20+ years, given how shitty the coaching has been. Not that .500 isn't shitty, but with turds like Dorrellaheisel and Fatty at the helm, the Bruins should be about .333 at best. The first three seasons of Jim Mora upped the percentage, I guess.
I know the Atlanta Falcons offered in 87, and after he left Ucla , the Cowboys met with him to reunite with Aikman but negotiations fell through. Don't know about the Chargers.
Herpes stays around too!

Sometimes you wish a guy wouldn't be so loyal. 😂.
A man is only as faithful as his options.
