I am all for diversity in the coaching ranks, management, and on the field.

We should have a limit of 12% of NFL players African American. 75% should be caucasian. 13% other. Hispanics are racially included as caucasians. So of the 75% causaisans about 1/3rd should be hispanic and the rest composed of Europeans, India indians, Middle East people were are all considered caucasians.
