Thus my honda accord comment. 1/4 mile track for cars capable of going 200? STOOOOPID. I really trhought they would elevate it and build it ver the first several rows of seats. All the way to the peristyle end. All the way to the tunnel end. Laying it over the old running track ? no no no. Do it my way and maybe the track could be 1/2 a mile? 3/4? Then we would at least see some crashes. Some speed. Did you see all the empty seats? Not like they needed all the seats for sales. Yikes. Thats a One off event for sure

@Java No. A Honda Accord is still too big. That’s a full size car like a Mustang or Camaro.

It’s a terrible track for a full size race car. There’s very little room to pass, zero draftin.

Go carts would be a blast there.

@August West well the accord I was thinking of was I think an 82 I had way back. Maybe 81. It was about the size of the later civic. Either way that track is stupidly small for 200mph nascars. Serious. 100 meters and then Turn? These are cars. Not people running.
