Stupid. Colorado needs back the Brinks truck up the Matt Rhuel
I think Neb is going hard after Rhuel. Not sure if CU can match Neb with the funds. ALso looks like Rhuel is holding out to see what other jobs are going to open up,,, perhaps east coast.
