Bragg & James both ran for office promising to "Get" Trump. The promised to investigate him find something,, indict him, prosecute him, and convict him. That's NOT how any of this works. You don't go fishing to find something on your political enemies. That's an ABUSE of the justice system.

Bragg filed suit on Trump based on an accounting misdemeanor which had exceeded the statute of limitations.

He justified this by stating in the indictment that this misdemeanor was committed in furtherance of a felony, but he never specified in the indictment what that felony was. A clear violation of due process. How does one defend himself against an unspecified charge?

The defense asked the judge what the violation was, and the judge refused to tell them, again a violation of due process.

This judge donated to a Democratic PAC, writing on the check, "Resist Trump". Potential jurist have been kicked from a voir dire much less than that.

The Judge allowed Bragg's witnesses to imply unspecified felonies concerning election campaign laws, but refused the request of the defense to obtain testimony from the former chair,, and current member,, of the Federal Election Campaign Commission, who had said publicly that Trump committed no campaign offense in his campaign. This guy doesn't get to testify,, yet the judge allowed Stormy to go into explicit details on their alleged encounter, and ONLY THEREAFTER did the judge admonish the prosecution for inappropriate testimony. The judge knew it was wrong, let it in,, and then covers his ass.

The prosecution gets to go last, and ONLY THEN were the federal offenses specified,, without the opportunity for the defense to rebut. A violation of due process YET AGAIN.

The judge instructed the Jury that they didn't even have to agree upon what federal offense Trump committed. Four jurists could conclude that Trump committed one offense,, another four a different offense, and the last four yet a different offense. We still, to this day, do not know what the jury found. Trump was found guilty of an unspecified crime! A lack of due process YET AGAIN.

State and county prosecutors cannot try federal crimes, only a federal court can do that. In the case of violating federal election campaign laws, only the Federal Election Campaign Commission can bring civil suites, and only the Department of Justice can bring criminal charges. No other federal courts can do this. And yet Bragg does this in the guise of a misdemeanor beyond the statute of limitations deadline.

All of this is banana republic faux justice. Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin's head of the Secret Police said,, "bring me the man, and I'll show you the crime". The Left, the Democratic Party, and YOU are the fascists of the 21st Century who Democracy down.
