Why is that guy walking up and setting the pedestal in middle of the exit tunnel when players are leaving the field? Not defending Adams, but it appears the guy is blocking his exit.
Scroll down and look at the pic showing rear angle of the exit tunnel with all the equipment in the aisle. Dude runs up on Adams and sets up pedestal right in front of him blocking his exit. What is he supposed to do? Then the bitch calls the cops and goes to the hospital. Seems he is culpable in setting up the collision.
You are right, I wondered too why he would walk right in front of him like that. What is he supposed to do? I recommend , in this litigious day and age, don’t do what he did. Go around him if you have to. pushing him to the ground is not a great idea. Obviously Adams was pretty upset. idk if you saw the game, but Adams and another Raider WR ran into each other on that 4th down play.Adams was heated.
Good point. As a player, gotta show better etiquette, even in a hostile environment - and those KC fans were very hostile. However, camera guy should get fired. Field crews have a duty to avoid physical contact with players. There was a 3 foot swath for players to exit single file, and that dude blocked it intentionally. There was no room for Adams to go around. I suppose he should have stopped and asked the guy to move or stepped aside somehow, but the camera guy is still a dumbfawk, and now he is trying to get paid for something that was his own fault.
