The B1G is being downright disrespectful. Notre Dame has a standing invite but is likely to remain independent.
" No longer as interested" translation : you gotta take a lot less money than Rutgers or Maryland if you want to join. I wonder if Carol said, "Fuck no!!".
Actually good news. Even though the Ducks beat Ohio st last year, the odds of them winning the big ten are slim. Ducks will win the PAC , 5 out of 10 years . and the odds getting to playoffs much much greater. UW probably just wanted the money. ND was always staying Indy. Furd and Cal don’t want big ten at all. ND to the Big ten was Internet click bait
Bruins gonna hate their decision. Losses and lots of travel for tennis, softball etc. enjoy. Make sure to bring your down jacket.
I will agree with you when the playoffs committee reclassifies the PAC 10 to G5 level. Regardless, where is Oregon going. Big ten , SEC dont want them. Big 12 might end up G5 to. ACC is to far away. Not sure they would take Ducks anyway. They all want out too . this probably ends up with big ten and sec doing their own playoffs. The PAC, Big 12 and ACC will play in bowls and have their own Championship of some sort. ND can get into big ten when they want.
I read SC gave B10 the choice….us or Oregon, but not both.
B10 chose wisely.
Read the Big 10 is more interested in a couple ACC schools....Virginia was one name I heard..
