I hope we quack land Dillon despite his "short"-comings...but nothing is certain just yet despite his "sources".

He's 4th in QBR for 2023 after Daniels, Nix, McCarthy. Ahead of Fifita, Penix, Williams.

Lol.....seems more like a slam dunk ("slam duck"?) like that other QB who transferred out from OU, forge his name, won the Heisman last year....and not too soon, but I know that's just an inside joke between us.

not yet he's not....Riley has three QB's on his list and Gabriel was one of them....maybe headed to Oregon if it's all about $$$$$$$....

See my post below. Gabriel is taking multiple visits over the next two weeks. All these false reports are ridiculous. First it was reported Ward was a done deal to Ducks.

TEE, if you're really that down on Lanning as a coach, I'm at a loss for you man.

He's the best coach we've had since Chip when Chip was Chip. I'd take Dan over Bellotti, Brooks, Helf and Cristobal any day.

TEE merely exists as a debbie downer (we call 'em Wah Wahs here on the WW as you prob know) to counter my own existence as an extreme sunshine pumping attitude (called being a Rah Rah).

I'm not sure he always deep down means exactly what he says. It's simple frustration. As I like to say, you can't spell "reactionary" without a TEE.

I think you are a solid quackerbacker addition here as you seem like a good, level-headed middle ground to span the wide distance between TEE's and my more extremist nature....

Sooners pushed him into the portal. It's Jackson Arnold's time. Sooners have a HS QB recruit on their roster who can actually play.

Only Bama, Georgia and OU can make this claim. Everyone else is in desperado mode.

If Fisch could get Fifita, who was a nothing recruit. to play at a high level as a RS freshman, these other coaches could get their highly rated recruits to play. They just don't have the balls. They need a "sure thing".

Venables is rolling with Arnold. Smart rolled with Beck. Harbaugh rolled with McCarthy.
