Dline coach about to be hired at SC

Riley going to the big 10 for a coach. The trenches got good coaches, this guy and the Agriculture and Mechanical guy will have us in good shape ASAP.

I'm hoping we can flip UM commit Kevonte Henry from LA, edge rusher/OLB type. He ends up on the west coast regardless now I think.

@BigBallss oh yeah, not worried at all about the ‘23 class. Need to add some big bodies for 2022 and get as many W’s as we can. Utah will be even better in 2022. Not conceded, just being realistic.

@metta77777 there are no rules for transfers anymore. Really hasn’t been a rule for a while. Heck, a guy can sign the LOI, enroll in a school, practice for a whole spring and then transfer. And play immediately at his new school, Jay, ”me Jay, me play football at UCLA college”, Toaia. and without the need for a sick grandma like the old days.

I also noticed as well as ths hire it appears on 247 that Manning is now the OLB/Edge coach...and outside of Grinch over the safety's the only other DB Coach is Donte...;so it may end up with him being the corners coach again..

As far as Nua is concerned the Michigan fans comments I read were somewhat happy about losing this guy and many felt he did nothing while there...maybe sour grapes but their reaction was nothing like OU fans

Manning moving over to LB with Donte taking the corners makes sense. Donte wanted the safeties too but seems to be getting only the corners. The Nua hire seems solid to me. Poly ex BYU player to replace So’Oto also a Poly ex byu player
