Hope you're right Vista. Here's what I do know the Cougs don't have that good of a ranking in sack percentage allowed so it's impressive Ward has been this good.
They don't run the ball very well with a rushing offense ranked at or near 114 th in the Country.
This comes down to what Lynn dials up defensively. If UCLA can get after Ward and the DE's don't let him step into the gaps I like our chances. That's a big IF.
Will you leave board for good if/when ucal gets lit up?
Would love to agree with you Art, but UCLA has never been able to stop a good passing attack since Chip Kelly has set his fat little feet on campus. They have won some boat races, but have never been able to shut it down. Look for WSU QB to slash the secondary like OJ's alleged blade.
Ward is the real deal should be a great game. I won't be surprised if WSU wins.

The hit squad was originally supposed to be called the hit factory. But the coach who brought that name quickly discovered that we didn't all want to pay for his double a career coaching expertise. So he took the name elsewhere and we altered it to the hit squad. Thus it remained for many years.
Doubt we could have beaten wsu in football. And doubt this version does either
