I think his recruiting skills are thin when it comes to recruiting high school athletes. Also when recruiting staff, particularly on the defensive side of the ball. Other than that, only an idiot would agree with you. Birds of a feather.
Chip has evaluated potential transfers better then anyone in the country for the last few years. I would not say the same for HS talent. Without the transfers his recruiting considering the school and location has been mediocre at best..IMHO
I couldn't agree more. I think maybe he just figures that guys who have been with a college program for at least one or two years are already acclimated to the speed of the game, and are thereforemore ready to play. I'm guessing that's a possible approach. I don't like its long-term sustainability.
That is what is so maddening about Chip. The new DC is not a genius or anything, he just has a system that works sometimes. That is all the Bruins needed this whole time to have what would have been tolerated as a somewhat successful season in Westwood. That is all Chip has ever needed, a defense that could make a stop here or there.
Chip has been at /UCAL a long time. This is his fifth year. Suddenly hes gto a couple wins and people want to attribute skills that are thin?

Say what? Not only does Chip have a eye for potential talent he’s even better at developing talent.
I'm not sure I understand your post. Miss? It seems like all of the guys you listed are the exact opposite.
