I was there too. Quite possibly my favorite game. The streak buster was like being released from Hell. Never forget Mark Cusano, the hand of God. 1996? Earned JR 2 another year, sadly. Hackett probably never happens if they make the move then.
But 2002 was just pure joy. Pounding ND over and over. Physically. Schematically. Running, throwing. It was a varsity versus JV game and what I had waited my whole life it seems, to see.
DTR's chance ended saturday night.
If CW lights up ND, he will win. The media luv this game.
