He's playng the kid where he fits best. The kid never was a blocker and his speed for his size is amazing. As far as a appreciation for the TE position....ever heard of Mark Andrews? Add to that look at the TE's he's recruiting....2023: Kade Eldridge 6'5" 235, Walker Lyons 6'4" 230......2024: Walter Mathews 6'7' 245, Joey Olsen 6'4" 220. Those are some pretty good TE's....

always the plan. kept the TE label bc even Riley understands the stigma of USC always recruiting wrs at the expense of needs at more physically demanding positions.
