USC won't do shet they don't have the bawls...even one of their reporters Chris Trevino said today that USC will not cross that line and he expects them to be very cautious with jumping on board the ruling and would more likely sit back and hope Congress passes some rules to control this stuff...and in the meantime USC continues a run for mediocrity...

Not my position but what Trevino expressed that USC was most likely to wait for...because as I said they just don't have the bawls to do anything that in their minds might get them in trouble

Obviously you don't give a shet about how competitive in this business a program has to be to play for Championships...competing mean keeping up with the premier programs in recruiting. If you can't do that I don't care how much the coaches develop players if the players aren't that good. It appears watching the Portal and HS Recruiting in order to keep up you need to spend money...USC has yet to prove they are willing to spend what Texas, Ohio St, Michigan, Georgia, Ol Miss, LSU, and especially Oregon is willing to spend to compete...until you figure it out apparently you are satisfied with just doing OK and hoping the coaches can somehow perform miracles..
