Once he lost Josh McDaiel as his OC and QB coach and they hireda defensive guy to coach him he fell off but non-the less he put up better numbers than Sam in any single season he's played and did it as a rookie....as far as Tua is playing in the NFL and doing better than Sam ever did period even after suffering injuries that would have put most kids on the shelf...and looking at Sam's stats..he throws almost as many interceptions as TD passes and then add in fumbles...kid hasn't learned a damn thing so far in his career ad has had numerous coaches to teach him..
Tua with Tyreek is a great combo. He's injury prone and will be wearing the mushroom tip helmet if he's smart. I think he isn't as good as the stats but def better than you're saying.
when 11 of those wins were with a QB that was one of the top QB's in that conference...and then we got to watch them beat Louisville barely which was a team that got run over by a disappointing USC team...USC as bad as ther defsne was would have beaten FSU with the offesne they were left with after their QB went down...evn Grinch's D might have looked good :-)
CFB is a television show. FSU with no QB vs Michigan would be bad TV. Plus Bama had just beaten a team that won 27 straight games. Bama would have been a 9-point favorite vs FSU. No way they were better. No reward for beating weak teams all year.
And what were the 4 playoff teams?
Imagine that. sc
Lol. Will he be as good of a pro as Mac Jones, AJ McCarron, Bryce Young and Tua T?
espn gets what espn wants. and they didn't want fsu.
No QB = not close to being Top 4 team
Most important position in football today....QB
