A strongly worded letter huh? That should settle it then? The problem with Flores and his discrimination allegations is that the same guy he accuses of racism hired him in the first place. I ran a company where we fired a dude and he sued and alleged racial discrimination, problem was he had been a rising star who had been promoted several times. Can’t have it both ways. either you are discriminated or you’re not. case was settled for nuisance value. Discrimination lawsuits are very difficult to win. You gotta have super solid evidence.

I heard the argument that since 70% of the players in the NFL are black that 70% of management and coaches should be black.

How about we take that $120 million the NFL gave to BLM and use it to develope Asian, Caucasian and Hispanic football talent so that the NFL players become more diverse.

The PGA is spending money to make its members on the tour more diverse.

THe NFL and NBA don't realize it yet but 90% black players is NOT going to help them with fans. If we are going to promote diversity over excellence than I would like to 50% white, 20% black 20% hispanic and 10% Asian in the NFL and the NBA.
