I don't think anyone ever suggested his scholarship was pulled but, like Java suggested, it does seem like the staff told he should probably look somewhere else. Not sure that makes him a pussy.
Face saving and I don’t blame him. Usc sounds like they’re gonna get several top DL and already know it. They were kind enough to tell him.
here’s how that goes “as you know we’ve had a great year and demand is up. We are hot. Looks like we are gonna bring in some top rated transfers that slot in ahead of you. If you want to keep the scholarship we understand. It’s still there for you. But it just got a lot harder for pt and depth chart so if you looked around we would understand”.
