Utah Supreme Court wil have this televised with Gruden and Goodel going head to head...lots of EMails from other sources will come public. NFL is fighting the Discovery portion of the trial. scheduled for Jan 10...NFL will get exposed if all the dirty laundry gets exposed..

No one disputes that Gruden wrote the emails. He has an uphill climb on this.

Nope....he's going to show during discovery that anything he put in an E Mail was used throughout the NFL by the exceutives in the fron office and some were much worse and that because he and Goodall and Snyder hate each others guts...and the NFL chose to selectively go after him and not dealing wiith the issue that is common in the NFL...the only uphil climb wil be getting the information during discovery which the NFL s trying to block..

But it was Gruden's words that got him in trouble with his employer, not the NFL. There aren't any restrictions on his ability to cosch. No wants to hire him. He has a tough road ahead of him

Wrong again..a guy named Davis wants him to return to coach the Raiders. That's been in the news. You are also incorrect that the League didn't take action against him and the league was the organization that gave his E Mails to the Press and went after E Mails from 7 years when he didn't even workfor the NFL......here you go ...more to come if Gruden gets the dscovery iece in his suit approved..

He may want to coach but the hostility he has for Goodell and his NFL cronies including Daniel Snyder will be the much greater tha coaching again in the nfl. Besides after this whose to say he doesn't get it both ways...screw the NFL management team and still get a coaching job because there is one NFL team that still wants him back.

If they tried they could find racist e-mails on every single player, coach, GM and owner in the NFL. Gruden has the NFL in a bad spot. If they settle and I agree they will, he will get a boatload of money and his lifetime ban overturned
