Booster payments, illegal scouting,two or more coaches involved, FBI investigation, interviews the NCAA hasnt released yet, a cover-up, and evidence produced through hacking equals enough issues for a suspension based LOIC. Michigan has stopped protesting the suspensions and now agrees they are just fine.
