@Waldorf strange development that he is staying. It was widespread he wanted to leave last year but had no job prospects. And Michigan supported his decision to leave. maybe the Vikings passed.
Bigballss, I think he asked the Vikings for too much money and they told him to pound sand. At least that's what I heard.
If Michigan wanted him gone, I'm surprised they took him back. But I'm sure he's probably at least a little bit glad they did; gotta pay the bills.
But it's still pretty fucked up. If you're a Michigan player, assistant coach, or even a fan, can you really get behind a guy who doesn't want to be there?
I'm kinda glad he didn't go to the Vikings; there's just something "off" about Harbaugh.
That said, looks like the Vikings are going to hire a guy with NO head coaching experience. Wow, brilliant move!
As for Michigan, I'm sure the players on that team are relieved knowing he's 100% committed to them and the program.
