Dude knows/finds talent. Coaches a good D. Seems like he can motivate his players. and Pac 12 us a low bar. still. Now the race of best coaches in pac is between Lincoln Riley and Oregon State cat. Washington guy is trying to crash the party.

Easily handled Stanford last night. Devils have some talent and Ol' Hermy is a good recruiter. Despite the off-field distractions in the summer, he has done a great coaching job so far this season. They've got a good OC too
