Yup. Players are just W2 employees now. With the portal, they're just rented W2 employees with annual contracts.

All I know is that tenured professors have the best gig in the world. They spend about 9 hours a week in class and have T.A.’s do most of the work. The football players spend a lot more time in the classroom than professors do. LOL
