USC's nil collective. Barney Barkley is on it's board, so it must be on the up and up. And they sell sweatshirts.
what is interesting is that it states you can make a tax deductible donation, and then when you go to donate it states that your donation is not tax dectuctible. Then it warns to to check with your tax guy.
this "foundation" is run by some kind of shady Pat Haden style "community" entity, who probably also harvest ballots in their spare time. I guess it depends on how the move the money around. Probably have to set up a Biden crime family style LLC and then it makes it a write off. Only in America.

They need to change it to House of Wictory to attract the modern alum.
Here what I disseminated from it. From my limited knowledge of taxes, donations, and previous reading of NIL and USC and stuff
They have two funds. One of them is a 501C 3.
The other is the one they are really trying to promote and funnel you down
The one you can give money to that can help you buy a quarterback I don't think is taxed deductible.
The one that is tax deductible, I think, extends the entire athletic program, including chick sports From what I can see, it seems like mostly you were funding athletes to go read stories to kids and shake hands with dying transvestites and lesbians in hospitals. Community activity stuff. I'm not quite sure why they need money for that.
So I contacted them. Because I'm thinking ok. I don't really care about giving money so some usc chick Slovakian tennis player has cab fare and lunch money for attending a Black Lives Matter rally.
I do care about giving money so they can get a 6 foot five 290 pound defensive end who runs a 4.3 40.
My question was simple. If I give appreciated stock to a foundation, and they then pass it on to House of victory. I get full deductibility without selling it, and then owing taxes. But when I do that, are we buying a linebacker or are we buying a lesbian soccer player a photo op with the black lesbian mayor of Los Angeles
I did not have a chance to ask all of that in that manner, because if I did, I would understand why they did not answer me I did tell them that I didn't think they were going to be going where they wanted to go selling a bunch of hundred dollar donations on credit cards on the Internet. If they wanted to do something bigger and more effective, I would love to hear from them. surprisingly or not, I did not.
