If he does end up an OC somewhere, that program is going to have to make it clear that they don't want him just freelancing week-to-week, because that's pretty much what he did at UCLA.
He never really settled on anything, no real identity. He developed a pretty decent running game with Josh Kelley, when the team really had minimal talent. But the more I saw the offense flounder this season, the more I realized 2021 and 2022 were decent seasons primarily because of DTR, Charbonnet, and a couple of really good receivers, primarily Philips and Bobo (they all got drafted). Even those seasons saw pretty mediocre OL play, but it was held together by a couple of key portal guys. Overall, patchwork stuff that kept the team from tanking. This season all of the holes in the ship just sprung wide open. The lack of talent, due to no real recruiting, caught up with him.
He's done imo. Done with fb. But I do like these new analyst gigs they have now. I'd definitely be interested in something like that. Less than 40 hours a week, limited responsibility and free meals. Last week my source told me Kliff Kingbury is contemplating entering the pro surfing tour. "He's quite good."
Does Chip have personality to be on TV ? He is boring AF. The Saban rehab program might work tho. Charlie Strong is probably graduating soon , bed opening up for Chip.
Chip looks like a desert dwelling lesbian. Maybe he can run the teacher's union or something with education next year.
lol. He needs to just take a year off and then go be an OC somewhere.
His non-love of recruiting helped to do him in unfortunately in my opinion.
