You Rah Rahs are so desperate to blame the boogyman and not Riley. Riley, himself, said that the NIL situation was fixed. Only a FAWKING MORON would say that if it wasnt. Recruiting failures come down to two things 1) Riley is know to play favorites and not allow for opwn competitions. 2) Riley's teams suck and are regressing.
So the collective wants to keep half the donations that can't be written off as "expenses".

So they collect 10 million. their overhead is 5 million? FOR WHAT?
no wonder they wouldn't call java back.
Sounds almost as bad as BLM, (buy large mansions).
Most charities are a rip off. But at least you can write off the donations. Not for NIL for football players.
Worst are probably the homeless industry. Huge salaries, junkets , full medical , dental, pensions, car services, etc. etc. etc. caching caching caching. Fix the problem and they lose their cushy gigs.
Only schools with billionaire sugar-daddy's are going to be competitive. sc
