Well here’s the play. Im leaning towards SC train of thought myself. No blitz, drop the DE into zone coverage.

this is NOT a zone blitz. It's just a defensive end dropping into coverage.
Shane Lee never moved toward the line of scrimmage. FACT
and no where on the planet defines this as any kind of blitz. Not in the 70's not in the 80's not in the 90's, not this century. not next.

Foreman's pick wasn't a zone blitz, rice for brains.
It was simply a defensive end dropping into coverage and a three man rush.
There are several types of zone blitzes but they all involve BLITZING dumbass.
USC didn't bring any linebackers. rushed only 3. Shane Lee was spying DRT , which was stupid because he's not very quick. Should have been a safety.
