If that is what it takes to build a bigtime program since it's all legal so be it...but none of us know anything but speculation..if this was the case with the $$$$ look at it as an investment...some make good investments...some make bad investment like for example UCLA and that ex-UCLA QB fro Detroit...that sure the heck wasn't money well spent..
