NCAA changed the rules and regulations as the isue came to trial...and where in the rules does it say schools with superstars get 10x the penalties as schools that cheat without superstars...paraphrase from Paul Dee....by the way have they removed Woodsons records and Heisman or entry into CFB Hall of Fame....and he admitted he took cash and beni's for four years at Michigan...
