the game, is true. It's also true that the defense played better than the offense. If you look at the stats and actually watched the game, it was obvious. That said 1) it was Kal. 2) relative to the level of talent, this team sucks in all phases of the game. 3) this team is regressing in all phases of the game 4) next year will be much worse. 5) Jen Cohen needs to fix this and help 208 do his job.

It is not the AD's job to 'fix' problems with any sports. While at UW, Cohen didn't interfere with any coach's decision on how they run their program. If that head coach doesn't meet expectations, then that is when she will step up and fire the person in charge (excluding ridiculous buy-outs - see Mike Hopkins).

After Garrett, Haden (hic-up....burp...belch) and Swann, I thought that is the last thing you guys want is another AD that meddles and micro-manages their head coach.

We will know a lot more after next Saturday. I expect a really good game from USC and after seeing Washington eke out a win at Stanford and give up 500 yards to Stanford's offense, they can be beaten. Stanford had the call down 35-33 with 3 minutes left and a receiver dropped a first down making pass that gave Washington a chance for an easy td. Washington is beatable. It's in LA too.

Washington is 96th in the country in team defense, 400 yards per game. We are 103rd at 420 ypg. I think turnovers decide the game but I real like our chances at HOME SWEET HOME. There is a reason the SEC never ever travels outside the south. USC beat really good Georgia teams in 1931 and 1933. USC out scored Georgia in those two games by 90 points, both games in LA for some reason. After those lickings Georgia never went west of the Mississippi for 60 years. LOL
