Here's my obligatory'not going anywhere opine' : AZ will give him 5M a year. He'll bring back the majority if not all of his staff, recruit and compete well in the big12, getting a championship is not out of the question. That's a 2-3 year process then I could see him getting scooped by the nfl. The reality is he hasn't done much that anyone hasn't done before at AZ. Sure there have been some bums (sumlin, mackovic) and he's a bright spot, but he hasn't done THAT much to warrant consideration, and I say that as a genuine admirer of the guy. Plus he's so invested in the program, going to dorms and chit like that to get the kids to the games, he'd look like a grifter taking off for some other job at this point, especially when AZ took a shot on him as HC.
