when the whinere said Johnny was just sark's drinking buddy, i said NO. I have seen Johnny work the Poly families. They love him. Saw it in person several times. I dont think he is a great or even good coach, but he can recruit.
So this is a Bru Mc Coy situation. Comes to USC, hangs around for spring semester, and then decides to leave. Mc Coy had to sit out a year. No reason this guy won't. Old conference rules were that you had to sit out two. I would totally enforce that.
USC doesn't have to release Toia from his NLI. If I were USC, I wouldn't release him from it. Looking for Toia to hit the field in 2022. By the way, USC has a good transfer class; should that be investigated?
@ATLBRUIN nah, release the guy and let him play, he wont make THE difference in any game against SC. It looks like he will be pretty good, but in football one fat guy wont win a game for you.but what a charade he put on about making visits huh? tweeted out a pic from Cal, a pic from Michigan, but the whole time he was going to ucla.
havent seen any allegations with any of SC's transfer in's. have you?
This one is interesting because three coaches tweeted about it, I believe the tweets have been taken down. but coaches tweeting about it is unusual. Im ok with it, how do you think we got Tuipoloti and Tufele , Johnny fawking Nansen.
@Coachemup! all the SC insiders are saying there was foul play and tampering. And I’m pretty sure there was. I don’t cry about things like that, we flip more than we lose. Part of the show.
@ATLBRUIN its not just fans saying there was tampering. Several tweets from various coaches and players. twitter war going on between coaches. SC coaches leveling accusations.

fan bases are so delusional. The fighting harbaughs thought they were the leaders for Toia. Went over their heads that Nansen was driving the bus.
That sucks. Good for him tho if that’s where he wants to be. good work Johnny Nansen.
Jay Toia commits to UCLA! Huge position of need. Doubt USC releases Toia from his NLI, so he'll be eligible starting in 2022.
