One is obvious. Should have been decided on after SJSU. Duh.
Two. The kid had one bad game. If USC doesn't give up a 27 yd scramble and wins, nobody cares. Let him play his game. He's the only "USC" DL USC has right now.
three. Another Duh. Riley needs to learn that football is a RUN FIRST SPORT. Runs set up the pass. The opposite doesn't work. Leach, Riley, Kiffin have never learned this fact. Sark might actually have learned something from saban.
Four. Third Duh. If Riley was a real coach, he'd be drilling CW to play on schedule, throw on time. F the hero ball, always looking for the highlight reel play. Follow your progression and hit the first open man. SImple. Esp important with a suspect OL.
My keys to victory:
+ 3 in turnover margin.
Outgain the opponent by 250+ yards
No penalties
+ 5 in sacks
Don't give up any plays of more than 8 yards.
+ 100 in return yards (punts and kickoffs combined)
Do all these things and you have a very good chance to win.
I think the key to victory is this simple.
If you get the Washington team that's played the last two games and looks broken, you probably win.
If you get a focused Husky team that plays like they have the best qb in the nation, you lose.
I don't think it's much about what USC does.
I have not heard much of Gentry this season, do QB's just pull an Unlce Rico and throw it over him?
USC wins if they score more points
If we accomplish half of those we win
20+ carries for Lynch would be very helpful

Five. THE QED of football. Redundantly DUH.
Six. See Five.
#1, #3 & #4 are completely controllable. #2 is a wild card. That kid doesn't seem very coachable.
