Track and field at multiple levels HS, College, JC, Pro
Some top-tier high school football
Surfing teams and top-tier surfers
Skateboarders at top level
women's teams galore
High school football and other Prep teams in various sports
Horse racing
Golf both pro and Am.
Outdoors activities like trail running, climbing, biking, sailing and the like that all have events and small stars
And they can't seem to create any amount of coverage worth a shit.
The L.A. Times may have deserved to be stripped of some of its fat, and it is a shell of its former self (when it used to be a real newspaper) but Emerald Robinson is still a stupid cunt. Nothing's gonna change that.
