Wilner is a big proponent of the p12 staying together so it makes sense he's whistling this tune. And he may be right and Colorado to B12 is just smoke & mirrors - but what you Trojans fail to understand is this is not a sprint for Oregon, it's a marathon.
One path for Oregon is what TEE is hoping for: To simply clean up in the revamped P12 with a guaranteed bye as conference champ more often than not in the first round of the new college football playoffs.
I personally think it's better to align now with a new conference, but opportunities will remain for our quacks in the future either way.
BTW I simply occasionally read your SC boards, not post on them, CIT. But between all the posts I see on those boards about my quacks (especially in terms of recruiting) plus those here on the WW, it's a wonder UCLA is still considered your #1 rival.
I guess with a single Trojan win in our last 5 games together (and 3 in our last 10 match-ups), it's easier to simply bash ducks than consider them a rival, of course. A bit lopsided to be considered a true rivalry perhaps.
If you think USC fans consider ucal their top rival, you weren't on a real USC board. Its nd. You were probably on a ruin board and got confused. Education is optional in Eugene after all.
Get ready for another massive LA Duck lecture before long. He loves to write a lot of repetitive shit about how USC fans are always thinking about the Ducks. Poor obsessed bastard. If he only knew. ๐
