Can't speak for over 20 years...but considering Saban saw the talent and recruited him and then had to chose between Tua and Hurts you can say this in the last few year Saban had Tua, Hurts and Bryce Young who all start inthe NFL...which is pretty darn good for a guy that took awhile to move to the passing game from his reliance on the running game..

If you count Rattler that’s 5 starting QB’s. In 8 years as a head coach. Who else can match that , even if you stretch it out to 20 years . I haven’t researched it but has Saban had 5 starting QB’s at the same time? I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
