both teams penalized an unremarkable 6 times. USC had one delay. One motion penalty. One pi. And possibly one hold. not sure if kicming the ball oob on kickoff is one but that was another flag

so not exactly the tail kicking upset the announcers were cheering for. I know it helps Readings. Everyone loves David to beat Goliath. But that doesn’t make it the truth.
