Question for the board. I do not follow the NFL I think talent (very good players) like any sport is Key. In the NFL a top QB is the start and then build around that talent.

With the top 6 NFL teams, who's the # 1 guy responsible for their success and putting that team together: the HC and coaching staff or the GM and his staff?

I would think, bottom line the owner is the end line, cause he's the one agreeing to players asking prices and cutting the check. His decision is vey important.
