Darnold, however, appeared to hit his ceiling at the end of the season. His final two starts were his worst, as he threw a combined 23 off-target throws and took 11 sacks as the Vikings lost games to the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams (in the playoffs) by a combined score of 58-18.

The dolphins should take him. Tua is good vs lesser opponents, but he'll never win a playoff game, let alone a super bowl. And he's injury prone. He'll be out of the league in the next couple years.
Follow up. The Giants have not moved on him because they are trying to position themselves to get Cam Ward. The Raiders as said, aren't thrilled, at least Brady isn.t. That means they are bidding against themselves because the Giants are going to wait till the draft.
The Steelers apparently don't want to spend the money I thought they would. Not sure what options they have.
And I think that leaves Minnesota hoping the Giants get Ward, the Raiders sign or trade for someone else and the Steelers go cheap. Could happen
I am rooting for the Giants NOT to get Ward and thus we have a bidding war with Raiders and NY and Darnold gets his 4/$160 mil
The only question is will Darnold be rich or richer, 30,35,40 million a year.
Sam wins no matter what. And he is CLEARLY better than half the starters in the NFL. The way some people treat Sam you would think he must kick puppies in his spare time..
Keep hating on Fraud. Sounds like fun.
Giants and raiders are likely as balls said. Tom Brady apparently had a say in the raiders and he is not a Darnold fan.
I think Sam is seeking 4/$160 and the Vikings as article said below don’t want to pay that. They got him for $10 last year and I’m guessing they’d do 2/$50 million and that might even be high
I’m still hoping the Raiders get him. I haven’t been a Raiders fan since they left LA but with Pete there I could be swayed to root for them. I’m reading conflicting reports, Raiders are lukewarm on Sam, then I read he is likely to go there.
“NFL executives believe the New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders are Darnold's likeliest destinations for the 2025 season, Alec Lewis reported Monday, said CBS Sports writer Cody Benjamin. "The Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers could also enter the Darnold sweepstakes, per Lewis, whereas the Vikings, who signed Darnold to a one-year deal last offseason, "would like to have Darnold back ... [but only] if his market is more depressed than expected."
