Seems a lot of folkss were impressed with the new offense saying it's the most explosive one they have had including the Chip Kelly years...also they are raving about the talent and depth at RB, WR and DL...claims about this offense is it's leading edge with bright young coaches...but apparently therre were a lot of turnovers explained by the fact it's new and the kids are just getting it..

When would anyone ever have to make excuses for Chip Kelly regarding his offenses get fricking real will you. Regardless if he won a NC or not that doesn’t diminish the fact his offenses were among some of the very best.
Stick with the original subject instead of diverting with the NC bullshit in two of your posts. Your interpretation of the article that’s the disagreement.
Come on they lost the NC game by 3 pts to a very good Auburn team that had Cam Newton and Dyer that ran for almost 150 yds. That’s on Oregon‘s defense or Chip wins a title. His offense ran most teams out of the stadium.
The point being you can’t base anything on a meaningless scrimmage so I’ll believe it when I see it and if their anywhere near the product Kelly put on the field I’ll come back and say you were right.
Potential to be explosive but in no way does it resemble the Chip Kelly years please. His offenses were unstoppable. Even at UCLA it may not be snap the ball every 7 seconds but even they avg. 35 pts per game.
So where does it say the 2022 will be the most explosive offensive including the Chip Kelly years? LOL! Reading comprehension is not your forte, Old Hic. Feel free to continue to bash Oregon and its fans with every take, but at least base it on some semblance of reality. That's what others on here do... 😎
The concept many of us quacks do feel is that it very well could be the most explosive offense since those seasons. Admittedly the offense we saw during the Taggart and Cristobal years (even with Herbert at QB) doesn't set a high bar.
Here's what it does say, for the record:
On Saturday, Oregon’s offense was explosive, and it brought back memories of the Chip Kelly-era Ducks. That’s not to say that it was a hurry-up, beat you to the ball style, but it was rather a scheme that took chances, and wasn’t afraid to stretch the field.
Quacks will be like Helfrich years with this SEC overrated DC
Would love to meet the ducks who think the new offensive is more explosive than Chips....LOL! Where are you reading this?? 🙄
I believe the point is that it looks to be potentially the most explosive since Helfrich in 2016. And for a team known more for offense than anything else during the Chip/Helfrich era of 2007-2016, that is a welcomed sight in 2022.
But yes, finally get some offensive juice back to Oregon and tie it with national champ Georgia's DC from last year, and continue with our unprecedented recruiting "prowess" (thank you, Husky friends!) from the Mario years, and **VOILA** we become one optimistic flock o' quacks. 🙂
