Well, it was "attempted" murder, so he didnt actually kill anyone. I think we can overlook that and just chalk it up to life experience -- as long as he promises to never try that sort of thing again. Maybe just a few hours of community service will suffice.

After all, he may actually learn a valuable lesson from all this, and it could make him a better football player.

I think if he speaks to Brian Kelly, given Kelly's successful completion of the life cycle for another student? I think this young man will learn to finish what he starts and be more successful next time.

But the most important thing we need and will learn from this, I am confident. Is that he should and will not be traumatized by missing any football games or time. I mean, this is really what we need to focus on here.
