I caught this line in an interview he did regarding the transfers out of USC. I presume he was talking about the Defensive side of things

He sounds like a very fierce man.
USC preached they wanted a change in Culture...this maybe the change they needed...obviously some talented kids but they seemed to lack fire to me and thanks to Grinch probably looked lost out there...and I just never understood why so many kids weren't allowed ot put on weight but only lose weight....and forget that speed bullshet...I've seen guys put on weight and not lose speed..
