Riley has had two classes. How many from either have seen the field and made contributions out of hs?

Duce robinson is an amazing target who shows up every few games to drop a pass or commit a penalty.

That's all I can see. I am sure it's still early but Pete always had 1-3 new stars on the rise. Every year.

When was the last time you said anything decent about a player? My post. And you should reread it. Just like you should rewatch the game and watch penix. Is that he's recruited two classes. Maybe 1. And I don't see any impact hs players he's brought in

It's really one class. With the early signing period in December, he really had no time. I think he signed 11 players. That said, to this point, Riley is not bringing down the chandeliers with his HS recruiting

No, you're right. The players own some of the responsibilty here, as does Riley who conveniently isn't mentioned. The whole program needs to be reevaluated and redone. Some players need to leave; some new portal guys may help, but the emphasis needs to get back to HS recruitment and the long term development of talent. Riley doesn't seem to be interested in paying his dues here.

every team has players that don't work out. that is why there are 80 rides.

Matt is right that Helton left a mess. Just not sure CLR has any idea how to rebuild a program. sc

Grinch is a disaster. As I've detailed, he can't even deal with gap integrity issues, which makes you wonder how this guy got to his position in the first place. Gap assignments is part of defense 101. And yes, Helton left a mess. Riley dealt with the O last year and the D this year. The fact that the defense has regressed from the disaster it already was last year tells you what I'm saying. There are a lot more issues here than just the DC. How Riley runs his programs is completely wrong and has to be changed. Otherwise, he's gonna be looking for a job here in a year or two.
